Perfect buying experience
Very efficient service, ordered item on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday! No delivery cost either as the order was over £30. Can't get better than that!

Awesome service
I rang their customer services. Asked questions regarding Keen boots that were out of stock. The assistant was extremely helpful and informative.I made my order over the phone there and then. A few days later the boots were promptly delivered to my house. The boots were well packaged in a safe and secure manner. A real pleasure to deal with and would definitely have my business again!

I placed an order for a very smart piece of kit, at an unbelievably good price. the delivery was ahead of estimate, the kit was exactly as specified, and I am very happy with the outcome. I will keep an eye on this site for further bargains in the future!

Great customer service
I ordered a running backpack online and after it had been dispatched, found another couple of sites where the colour of the same bag was quite different. Called to ask about it and they were really helpful. Turned out that their site was more accurate in terms of the colour but they ran to the warehouse, took a pic, emailed it and called me back straight away. All sorted in no time!

Good service..great sandals...It's about the GPO
I love these Keen sandals and in buying from Webtogs I got just what I wanted. However I paid for the net day delivery and explained exactly what to do If I was out when the delivery came. ...but because the postman needed a signature the package went back to the head post office in Bath. I had to rush in..bus , park and ride, walk to collect the package be auseI wanted them for a trip to France at the weekend. I paid for next day delivery and did not get!

I am sorry that you feel we have let you down.
I have checked the tracking for your parcel and Royal Mail did attempt to deliver at 11am the day after you ordered it.
We stipulate that unless someone is at the address to sign for the parcel then it must go back to the sorting office to be collected by the addressee. If a customer isn't planning to be in to take the delivery we always offer to deliver to an alternative address. We feel that leaving a note on the door telling them to do something else with the parcel just isn't reliable enough and we have seen many parcels go missing due to this.
Please be assured we go to great lengths to ensue your parcel arrives with you on time, every time and it is unfortunate that you weren't available to receive the delivery.

I bought some activity sandals from Webtogs and they arrived ahead of due time. Unfortunately, they were not quite what I wanted (not Webtog's fault) and I sent them back.
