Speedy, efficient, great service!
Bought my second batch of USB stick from USB2U and couldn't be happier with the service provided. A great and thorough proofing system, speedy email response from my dedicated account manager and a quick turnaround of a quality product. USB2U - A truly wonderful experience

Amazing service, Great Quality - they go above and beyond!
I've used USB2U several times now both for USB2U for our company (with beautiful presentation cases) as well as for various client projects where the turnaround times are punishing and demands are high. USB2U have consistently delivered every single time, with a fantastic quality product that gets people asking, "where did you get those from?" There's no higher praise than that. Karen and the team will do anything they can do to help and get you your items on time. I will not use any other company! I kind of wish they would branch out into other merchandise as well as the service is so good! Don't hesitate to use these people!

quick service, very pleased with result.
i was overall very pleased with the result, however i thought the mechanism of ejecting the usb element of the card was a bit difficult. would probably try another usb device in the future.

Excellent service and quality of the products
I have ordered flash drives and the boxes from your company. I worked with Natalie and James, both amazing advisors, informed me about every stage of production and help to resolved all the issues occured.

Very Helpful
We had a last minute order for 100 USB Cards which required data loading and artwork. The Accounts Manager I dealt with was very efficient and helpful which meant we received our order in time for our deadline. And so far the product is very good no complaints!

Good Quality USB Sticks Memory and Printing, Slow process and delivery though.
Good Points:
- USB Sticks are well made
- the deign and printing required is excellent and of good quality
- the styles and colours available was extensive
- People were friendly and helpful
Bad Points:
- the process was quite slow, took a few months for just 50 sticks
- the communication with the sales team was also slow, i appreciated that an order of 50 wasn't big business but i didn't feel like is was treated like a values customer some of the time.
I would use the again due to the price and quality of the products but i would need to see an improvement in communication and lead time before recommending to a friend or using for a large scale order etc.

Seamless and efficient service

Excellent - All round. Good price. Pleasant efficient service.
We asked USB2u to produce us a Bespoke designed USB stick.
The design was quite specific and the delivery deadline quite tight.
They delivered on both accounts.
When it came to pre-loading the data our film was just over the FREE pre-load price and they could have charged us for this but they didn't.
We will definitely use them again.

Stuck for a stick?
When I finally decided to move away from dvd disks to a stick I really dod not know where to look. I asked a photographer chum what she uses and she recommended usb2u.co.uk to me. From the moment Karen took my order the whole process could not have been made easier and with regular updates of progress, designs emailed promptly, any tweaks to the design were made quickly, all the things you want when ordering a new product.
Turn around form final proof to delivery was impressive and delivery on time and what is more, I have a product far superior than my competitors!

Beautiful product backed by excellent service
I am absolutely delighted with my branded USBs. I knew immediately which USBs I wanted but I had various ideas for the packaging, some of which I knew USB2U didn't currently have in their catalogue. I sent all these ideas to James and he was able to source similar packaging to what I had in mind, but he also made other suggestions using mockups with my logo. That was really useful because in the end I chose one of his suggestions and I couldn't be more pleased.
My logo has quite fine and intrictate lines as it is a handdrawn design, but the quality and precision of the laser engraving is stunning. Delivery was quick and easy and friends and clients alike are super impressed. The best branded product I have!

USB2U have provided us with a first class service on both occasions we have ordered USB Flash Drives from them. Equally as important is their competitive pricing. We would not hesitate to use them again, and thoroughly recommend them to any company looking for branded Flash Drives.

Competitive Pricing, and Numerous Proofing Changes no problem
Overall, we were really pleased with our transaction with USBSU. The guy we were dealing with, Jeremy, was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and he remained professional and polite despite us taking a zillion years to make up our mind and place the order. We were, I suppose, a little fussy with the colours on our USB's and not knowing the Pantone colour of our logo did not help, but they kept coming back with a new proof every time until we got it perfect. Not once did the wonderful customer service dwindle.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the fact that quotations are only open for 3 days. I appreciate that their suppliers may offer the same, hence they need to do so, but as a business it is essential that we have more time to price compare and raise orders. Our originally quoted prices did shoot up (although so did the comparable companies) but USB2U were still priced the best.

Quick, Tailored Customer Experience

Great service, fast and helpful.
Great service from Natalie. Responded to my initial email enquiry extremely quickly, and then subsequently responded promptly to any requests, such as samples etc. She was really helpful with regards to the branding on our USB's, by taking the jpeg version of our logo and mocking it up onto the USB in the correct format (helpful as it meant we didnt have to ask our designer to change the format of the logo). Provided us with a fully mocked up sample in only a couple of days - I find this very rare as most suppliers of branded promo items will only send a visual, not the real deal - this helped convert us to the final purchase. I requested delivery within a week as we required the USB's urgently, and the company was very happy to oblige.
I would definitely use again and reccomend to a friend / colleague.
