Excellent Rugs
We have bought three rugs from The Rug House now, and all three are of fantastic quality, and price.
The people at the Rug House are so friendly when one phones for information, or to order a new rug.
Our friends have said on quite a few occaisions how they love our rugs, all three match in the same pattern and colour.
Unfortunately, we don't really need any more rugs just yet, but if we do then we'll be on the phone to order one.

I have dealt with Rug House on a nuymber of occasions and they have never let me down. Communications are always good, delivery is excellent. No more to say really

Lovely rug. Thick and good quality.
For the price, this is an exceptional rug. We have a dog and it really attracts his hairs, but then so does everything! It's easy to keep it clean with the hoover anyway. It has the thickness and feel of much more expensive brands. Well worth the money.

Excellent customer service
My rug did not arrive on the day specified when I made my order. This was because my order was at first lost on its way to dispatch. I had to make a call to find this out. Once the problem was identified my rug was sent by 24hr courier and arrived within that time-span.
I ordered a 6' length to be cut down to 5'7" and asked for the extra piece to be sent to me as I had a use for it. Unfortunately the extra was not included.

In January I ordered from Rug House and my choice was out of stock, as they could not fulfil my order I was offered a 10% discount on any future orders... yeah I thought.... In May I saw another rug and asked if the discount still applied, to my amazement it was, I was convinced there would be a reason it would not be, I ordered this over the phone with a very polite young lady and to top it all it arrived 2 days later and was much better quality than expected for the price. I would recommend The Rug House, they are honest, polite and speedy, may it continue.

Great product and prompt service
Was looking for a slightly different design of rug - and having received the Burnt Orange rug in a medium size, decided to purchase a larger one for a second area in my lounge. As I have cats, I did not want anything expensive or easily damaged.
These rugs look lovely and have drawn many compliments.
They were well packed and delivered promptly.

Ruggy good service
Although there was a problem with not getting next day delivery after having paid for it, i was immediateley refunded the postage cost. The rug i bought is exactly as described and just what i needed. i would definitely recommend the rug house to all and would use again.

Fantastic overall service from order to delivery
Fantastic service. I received my beautiful new rug within three days of ordering and it was exactly as described on the firm's website. The courier was also helpful, leaving the delivery in my 'safe place' as I directed with minimum fuss. I had come to this website after previously being disappointed by another rug firm, which had kept me waiting around for weeks before informing me their supplier had let them down and I would have to wait another month - so I cancelled my order. This service could not have been more different and I recommend The Rug House highly.

pure magic at the carpet shop
The delivery and the packaging first rate .the quality is also great and the look is fabulous, pure magic at the carpet shop, have already ordered more. wanted runners to match in the hall they even cut then binded the edges, they look stunning , so I am looking at which room to revamp next and will use THE RUG HOUSE again soon , many thanks all you guys n gals .

Great quality at a great price
I ordered 2 rugs last year from the Rug House. I needed to a few more of the same design and colour. I phoned them, and spoke to a delightful lady who was extremely helpful. I have now got 3 in the same design and a shaggy bedroom rug - all lovely at a very reasonable price. The rugs arrived promptly, and on the day they said.

Rug is very good value, is exactly as shown in the picture. The design is lovely and the red is a lovely deep colour, matches perfectly with our walls. Very quickly dispatched too.

Fab range, Fab price, Fab service!
this is the second time I've ordered from the rug house and I'm thrilled with BOTH rugs! the range of rug colours/sizes/styles is amazing, they even do stair runners! not something you see everyday (in fact I've never been able to find them anywhere else.) and the price is the best anywhere, they say you get what you pay for, but sometimes; just sometimes, you get something great for a great price.
I have told all my friends about The Rug House and I'll tell anyone who is looing for a rug to go there first. Service is FANTASTIC!! well done and all the best for the future.

My God at last a company that gives "EXCELENT" service, and thet are there to please you.
The telephone operator was pleasant helpful and stood by her word, i got the exact measurements that i asked for as i a really have a small and thin kitchen and the "Rug" people are the only place that cuts your carpet to size, you might have to pay a bit more but it is definatly worth it.
My 2 seperate orders arrived within two days and i was one happy bunny, i will continue to use these guys every time....i will not go anywhere else.

On contacting customer servicethey were very helpful and arranged for return promptly. We had replacement rugs delivered to our house without any delay.
