Helpful staff and fast delivery
I purchased a Brother HL-3040CN from Printware for my home office, the staff were helpful and steered me away from another printer that would have cost me more to run. The printer arrived the next day and was easy to install, I would recommend Printware to anyone looking to buy a printer or wanting advice on which machine to buy.

Buyer beware
Ok until you have to return an item, then they charge you 20% of the order value, not good.

Excellent and reponsive service
Despite ordering the wrong product, I wanted a wireless printer and ordered an USB one, they allowed me to return the product, and only charged a small proportion for restocking cost, and to reorder one that fitted my requirements. Speedy delivery and no problems staff were very understanding and cooperative.

i needed ink for my printer ( a canon mp640 ) order'd online sunday night deliverd teusday morning cant get better than that

Hp printers are good value for money. the cartridges are expensive, but because the design of the paper feed does not attract dust, the print heads need no cleaning and therfore the ink lasts much longer. The quality of printing is very good.

It was exactly what I wanted at a good price.
I required 3 replacement toner cartridges (out of 4) and Printware had just what I wanted. I placed my order for a pack of all four as there is a quantity discount and it arrived the very next day. Superb service!
The only thing I have to find out is whether Printware recycle the old cartridges. This is not urgent as I have not exhausted the original fourth cartridge yet.

Fast and efficient delivery and easy ordering at decent prices
I was looking to buy a colour laser together with high volume toner set. Printware had the right machine in stock together with the toner bundle at a good price and delivered quickly. The packaging of the large machine was hefty but all was delivered safely.
I would have appreciated more help with the obtaining of the manufacturer's special offer terms, was left to myself to sort this.

Exemplary service

Superb Service!
My order was placed on Saturday evening requiring delivery ASAP the following week. My order confirmation email stated that the printer was out of stock and upon querying this Printware responded immediately, confirmed that the the goods were in despatch on the Monday and were delivered to my door at 9:30am on the Tuesday. Followed by another email to ask if there was anything else they could help with. Great service and a great printer.
Service and delivery was excellent from Printwear
I bought this printer to print off A3 drawings, very easy to use quick start up and prints off good quality prints even when I have got it set to fast draft. So far finding it a good economical product as print cartriges are not that expensive either, more than happy with this printer which was very cheap in comparison to other A3 Printers but there again I usually always go for HP products because they never give me any problems (got 4 HP printers, had them for years and still going strong)

Good service - poor product
Good and prompt service but seriously let down by poor quality product - Danwood compatible printer cartridge. 1st item returned as unusable and the replacement although usable is noticably inferior print quality to HP originals.

It was myself that helped you to find a cheap way of printing the ever-increasing amount of forms that you are being asked for. Compatible cartridges are a great cost saving alternative to originals where quality is not paramount and I’m sorry to hear that this hasn’t worked very well for you personally. It’s most unusual for us to hear of a faulty cartridge for which I apologise profusely and trust that our Customer Service team rectified it quickly for you.

Ordered a HP B110A Photosmart Wireless e-All-in-One on the 23rd June and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for it to be delivered!
Ordered a HP B110A Photosmart Wireless e-All-in-One on the 23rd June & there was no mention on the web site of it being on back order. Chased up customer service on the 7th July and told I would have it Monday (11th) as it had been on back order. No delivery! I phoned customer "service" on Tuesday 12th July only to be informed that they still had no stock and that they expected a delivery on Monday 18th July & I should expect it on Tuesday 19th .....I'm not holding my breath!!!

Found what I wanted at a good price with next day delivery.
