Great value, amazing service.
I found this website through Bounty. We bought all our large items: pram, cot etc. from PreciousLittleOne. When dealing with customer services due to a problem with the pram, they were great & resolved the issue within a week. I would recommend them to everyone.

Beautiful buy wonderful delivery service
I love my Winnie the Pooh Moses basket, lovely colours just beautiful, the next day delivery service was awesome , didn't expect it that quickly so was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend not only the item but the site as well they can be trusted.

I like the colour
The product is just as described on the website and the colour is very lovely. I have not had the opportunity to use it yet as I am still expecting my little one however I know it will be very useful.

Good quality at a decent price
The chair is relativly easy to build and simple to use. The main draw back is the clicking sound as it swings and it gets up to a rather unexpected high speed on its top setting. It could also do with a form of head support for smaller babys, (mine is 4 weeks)

Trustworthy reliable and exactly what I wanted
I recently ordered a bay changing mat which I was unable to get anywhere else. I explained it was for someone who was having a baby any day now and managed to get it sent 1st class. It arrived safely and securely within a few days! Just in time for the baby to arrive! Thank you! The mum loved the candy crush theme and couldn't believe we had managed to get something so unique!

easy to shop online and extremely quick delivery
I ordered a carry cot on the website around 10pm and phoned the following morning to add something else to the order but the carry cot had been dispatched by 9am! amazingly fast delivery!!

Issues with delivery
I was notified of the delivery date on a Friday night, and it was planned for the following Monday. I tried to contact the delivery company, to tell them no one would be home and that it would be fine to leave my purchase in the shed in the back garden. They insisted they could not accept my instruction without it coming direct from Precious Little Ones, who were now closed.
I tried to get in touch first thing on the Monday with my instructions, but was told the delivery had already left the depot. It left me with no choices.
I had not wanted it left with a neighbour as it was a large object, but it was left a few houses away, (with someone I have never spoken to!).
Luckily I managed to collect it a few days later, but heavily pregnant, I had to carry to my house on my own. It wasn't ideal.
I haven't unwrapped the mattress yet, as we don't need it yet, so cannot comment on the object itself.

Please accept my apologies that you have experienced issues with your City Link delivery. I can see on our records that you contacted us on Monday 3rd June at 11:34am and by this time, your order had already been delivered to your neighbour.
Please be aware our website states that all City Link deliveries do require a signature and we will not authorise them to leave any parcels in an un-secure location.

Great service, speedy delivery. Couldnt be happier.
Highly recommend this website. Easy to use and very customer friendly. We haven't had chance to use our pushchair yet as baby not due til August. However, was easy to assemble and extremely manouvreable. Price was competitive, best I had found. Service was fantastic. Ordered in the afternoon and arrived the next morning.

Excellent service superfast delivery!
I purchased the hauck pooh brown stroller for my little one as we have a holiday coming up. I ordered it Thursday 11am and the stroller was with me by Friday 9.30am. That's superfast delivery that cannot be faulted.
Stroller came well packaged, with all handles ect properly wrapped with box intact.
I'm so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend preciouslittleone to family and friends!

I picked the cotbed I wanted and found the cheapest price on this website. It also included a free mattress so that was a bonus. I've since had it delivered with no problems and set it up, which was very quick and easy.

Brilliant invention
Bought this harness to strap Freddie to my mums chairs when we went visiting, as she has no baby equipment at her house. Worked a treat, strapped harness to the chair, then strapped Freddie into the harness so he could then east his meals with us at the table. Its light weight which means it can be carried and used anywhere at anytime.

Misleading Timescales and Slow Service
Their definition of 'In Stock' means with the supplier not with them so "In Stock: 7 wkg day dispatch" means 7 wkg days from when order received they'll get the item, allow up to another 7 wkg days for them to deliver it to you. This is not explained fully or clearly on their website and i think it's very misleading and in this day a 14wkg day timescale is unacceptable, regardless of good pricing, i would go elsewhere for the turnaround and service. Especially as they saw fit to debit my payment card with immediate effect, not update their online order tracking data and it takes up to 5wkg days to get payment refunded. Customer Services did their job & cancelled the order (or at least i hope so as I haven't had email confirmation yet) but not satisfied and would definitely not recommend

After looking into your order, I can see that we were waiting for 3 out of the 4 items to arrive from the manufacturers. When the order was placed our website stated 7 working day dispatch as a maximum time for your order to leave us. Due to the size/weight of the products ordered, this would be sent using Royal Mail. All of the above information is avaliable to view on our website prior to or after ordering.
After your call to our Customer Services Department, your order has now been cancelled therefore your refund will appear on your statement within the next 5 working days.
