Expected same day postage
I ordered 2 packets of numbers well before midday which gave 2 days for delivery, or so I thought . Sadly, it was only when I had placed the order that I saw the small print that said only orders over £5 went out same day. Arrived too late to use.

Amazing
Ordered a banner with photo on the Internet. It was for a leaving party for one of my bosses. Thought it mite be ok but just hoped it would arrive in time. I needn't, have worried. The banner was with me in 4 days and it was amazing. Really really pleased. Have told all my work mates where I got it from. Hope husband orders me one for my 60th next year!

No product received
We are waiting on the products for our sons 6 yr bday party and were given two seperate delivery dates and we were promised that we would recieve today and its now Spanish time 17.03 and still have not received our delivery. The party is tomorrow !

My little niece her mummy &daddy loved it !!!
I ordered this banner as a surprise for my little niece Clara.
They all arrived home as a family to this wonderful large banner across their front door after a very long flight from Australia.
My brother and sister in law said that it was a really lovely surprise and a wonderful welcome home gift for Clara.

Fabulous Mexican Party thanks to Partyrama

Would have been first class service but...
This company would have been rated five stars for delivery and service but the embroidered ribbon I had ordered contained a one letter spelling mistake - G instead of C. On checking via the phone, I was told that the mistake was the result of my mistake on the order form. Once placed the form disappears so there is no way of checking this at a later date. Otherwise this is a first rate company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Good range of party ware. grossly expensive postage.
Great range of party ware. The items were fairly priced, but postage grossly overpriced which made it a poor deal overall. I got charged the same to post a few lightweight items to me as I did to post a heavy large package containing a kingsize duvet, sheet and pillowcases myself to someone else recently. The items arrived by Royal Mail but the prices were definitely not Royal Mail.

Prompt, quality response
Products ordered were received promptly. The pricing was good and the quality appears good, although as the party hasn't been we are yet to fully test this! would happily recommend.

Just what we needed and fast.
Bought 10 black table skirts for round tables. Arrived looking very creased, hung up the creases dropped out a bit but not completely though they didn't really show when they were on the tables. Also bought paper napkins in assorted colours, they were nice and bright. Left it rather late to order so glad there was express delivery.

Made my son's 18th Birthday even more special, a week later and the banner is still up!!
I was looking for some special items for my son's 18th birthday and I found this company on line. I ordered a banner which was personalised and had a picture too, I also ordered confetti, this was so cute, I had Michael's face on one side and 18 today on the other, they came in Chelsea colours too which he loved. I also got a persoanised party bag which I filled with sweets for him to enjoy during the day. The banner was fantastic, very good quality and large enough to make an impact, my son loved it and so did I. The confetti was excellent quality and the picture was clear, I was also sent a free bag of confetti, that was a lovely touch. The bag was good quality well made and a decent size for a party bag. I would definitely recommend this company for all party needs for all ages.
