Fast, Reliable and Easy-to-use
Just-Eat have been a big part of my life for about a year. It's quick and easy to use and saves a lot of time. It also bridges a gap between some foreign establishments where the employees may not speak English very well. By ordering off just-eat you get what you are asking for, there are no mistakes made and it makes it less embarrassing than phoning an order and not understanding the what the other person is saying. This might sound harsh, but it's a well known problem and this is an excellent way to solve that problem. Being able to pay cash on delivery or pay by card makes it an excellent and flexible way to eat. So just-eat!

Happy when its all going well but lazy company when it doesnt go well.
ordered a few time through Just eat...they are fine when its ok but when the takeaway doesnt deliver they are rubbish. They was their hands no help at all, dont waste your time use internet find the takeaway you want and go direct Just Eat doesnt help in any way.

Simply awesome!
I use just eat all the time, saves on paper having to keep loads of menu's around, and so much variety, whenever I want a takeaway, just eat is where I turn to!

Crap. Wont be using again!!!
Decided to order a takeaway. We have used just eat before, nothing to rave about but we hadnt run into a problem before now. This is maybe the third time we've used them and it will be our last!!! As I was using my mobile, the mobile site came up when browsing safari on my iphone 4....sounds logical. Long story short the menu is displayed incorrectly and we were left with burger minus chips or a drink. Mucho annoying but no biggee. 'Excuse me Mr delivery driver, where are our fries and drinks?' 'You didnt order fries or a drink. Youll have to get onto just eat, i dont have time to talk to you'....hmmmmm... Get onto just eat chat service and what was probably some greasy spotted teenager gets on to tell me I have 'miss understood the menu' errrrmmm I dont think so mr.maybe I should learn to spell miss understood before I accuse somebody misunderstanding! The online chat was going nowhere so I decided to make the phone call (the phone call I had avoided as it probably cost me more than the food I'd just ordered) only to be spoken down to, interrupted and promised a 'call back' ...for which I am still waiting. All in all, you're probably just as well getting in the car and going for it yourself. USELESS!!!

Just eat = awesome
It's good because its quick and effective sometimes it's annoying with prices if a delivery cost £8 but u spent £7.99 it won't let u deliver.
Pros
It very quick and effective
Debit card is a pro but some times tricky
Cons
Sometimes bit expensive
Makes u spend more than u have to overall it's not to bad

Keep Calm and JUST EAT!
As a regular customer and businessman at the end of the day i would just love to put my feet up at the end of the day and order something lush for my dinner so i log onto my iPad i click on my favorites to find justeat.co.uk then BAM! All the choices i could ever ask for the presentation on the website is very appealing and i am a huge fan of just eat they never let me down through fantastic internet chat support system which is very handy if your restaurant had confused you. It gives you a multiple choice of food genres to take your pick from, it also has a collection or delivery option which is very helpful. Also the only place i can trust with my credit card details very safe and secure and quick and tasty, Another good addition it has is the ability to store your favorite orders so no faffing about but best of all they give you FREE VOUCHERS!

Great service, easy to use!
Highly recommend Just Eat! The way everything is laid out and easy to understand is what made me use it now im hooked lol every takeaway i order is now through Just Eat and it doesn't matter what i fancy as there's plenty of delicious takeaways on there choose from. Just Eat? Just Brilliant :)

Easiest way to eat good food with no difficulties at all.
Plenty of takeaways with good food and excellent price. Totally recommended to anyone.

Fantastic ! Quick, easy , no messing about :0)
So easy to use ! You can search for any kind of food, in any area. Look at the menus, see what you like and order, it's that simple. After a busy day, or simply too tired to cook, log in, and order, then have a coffe while you wait for your tea to land on your doorstep. No hassle. I use this now instead of ringing up the take away, much less hassle. Can't praise just eat enough ! I would recommend it to everyone !!

Great, efficient service.
I have used just eat for all my take aways online and they have always been delivered within the time they are supposed to and I've always had the correct food delivered. Its a great website to use and would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Experience, Great way to order takeaway
I love to orde rmy takeaway from Just eat as I can view the menus online and look at other peoples reviews on past experiences which ensures I get the best food everytime.
Storing my previous orders so that I reorder lovely meals again and again.
I have previously asked a question in the need help during an order about a meal in a takeaway and without hesitation they contacted the restaurant to get my answer.
I would recommend just eat to anyone. You can pay cash on deliver or card online. The only downside is that theree is usually a delivery charge by companies ordered from but also a 50p charge to use your card.

Excellent Service
I am a disabled user of Just-eat, house-bound through Agoraphobia, and I find that through Just-eat I can still order takeaways so easily. The layout of the website is easy to use and after putting in your post-code it is all pretty straight forward. If there has been any need to contact the customer services team, there has always been someone friendly at the other end of the telephone who is willing to try and resolve any issues that have come up.

It's also so lovely to hear that whenever an issue has arisen and you have needed to chat to us over the phone, we've been able to help. We do also have a Live Chat system you can use if you don't feel like talking to someone on the phone - hopefully you'll never have to use it, but if you ever have a problem they can give you a hand :)

Just Eat is Genius!

Best online Takeaway service!
I have used Just-Eat many times and it is by far the best than any other site. It has a lot more takeaways in my area compared to other companies and the customer service is great. The payment process is simple and I hope the company continues to improve like it has done from the start. I will always use Just-Eat when ordering takeaways!

The only way to order online!
Just Eat has not only provided an excellent service but we have discovered so many tasty restaurants in our area that we probably would never have visited otherwise!
The site is easy to use, and cuisines ordered so you can really easily pick whatever takes your fancy that evening. The reviews are helpful to weed out the particularly tasty ones.
I honestly don't know what we'd do without Just Eat! our weekends certainly wouldnt be the same!

Really fast an reliable.

The new way to order and munch
Ordering a few times now, very easy , relaxing way to order a takeaway, you can store your card details so no filling in forms, just selecting what you want to eat.
Wished there was more takeaways for WS14 and surrounding areas , worth other takeaways coming on board as its an easy way to order...
So overall top marks from me!

Just Eat, an excellent way to eat at home
I used the service whilst in Denmark over the last 2 years, and more than happy to use it now that I am back in the UK. The Danish service has a facility whereby, for a very small fee, you can order with your card now and pay in 15 days, maybe something Just Eat UK could think about introducing? Other than that, it has continued the high standards I came to expect over 2 years using the Danish service. Keep up the good work !!

JUST EAT has changed the way we order takeaway...
Without JUST EAT, I don't think takeaways in the UK would be at a stage, even in 2013, where they could offer an online ordering service. Most takeaways are independent, family-owned businesses and don't have the resources or cash to have transactional websites developed, maintained and operated.
Being able to view a menu, order, pay and then provide feedback all via one site is fantastic. I live within a stone's throw of several takeaways and almost all of them now display the JUST EAT log in their windows.
People may complain about the service they receive from specific takeaways... fair enough... but surely having sites like this in existence has meant survival for many independent businesses who could have otherwise gone out of business in recent 'tough economic times'.

Never again.
I have ordered from just eat on numerous occasions. Now, every company makes mistakes, but with good customer service, most things can be forgiven.
Here are three of the most annoying cases of terrible service I have received in the last few months.
At number three, we have the man who threw our meal at us and shouted 'you order no more!!! Too far!!'. If I live to far away, just eat should have our address as a possible delivery.
And at number two we have a customer service representative laughing at me as I called to complain. It wasn't funny. I'd ordered a Chinese for my partner who had had a terrible day. I'd ordered it for when he'd got home, two hours later. They delivered it earlier than requested and refused to take it back. I called just eat to complain, but was told I should be glad that theyd managed to complete my order in forty minutes. When I said that I wanted to have it delivered AT THE TIME I RQUESTED he laughed at me and told me I should be grateful. My poor boyfriend sat down to cold noodles and chicken which had been kept warm for an hour, needless to say, he didn't feel great the next day. But it's okay, he should be grateful it was delivered after all.
And finally, at our number one slot, this evening I ordered from a restaurant which was apparently closed. I ordered, paid, received my order number (46641480, if you're interested) and waited an hour and a half. No delivery. Tried to check the restaurant Number and discovered it was closed, although we'd been able to order and the money was taken from my account. Called customer service, told 5-7 days to get back my money and that the company had told me they were busy and we hadn't been able to order. Well we had, how else would I have an order number?
So... Terrible service, use hungry house. Or order it from china, probably easier.

poor customer service and no refund
I ordered a meal tru just eat but the takeaway cancelled my order due to some issue , this was after my card was debited , I contacted help and was told that the money was just captured no need to worry etc , The money has now left my account and help are still saying the same thing , so basically just eat have stolen money from me and are trying to fob me off , bunch of crooks

First order...and the last. Won't bother again. UPDATED-Illegal and dangerous!
Made an order at 20:10 on a Tuesday night. By 22:10 still no pizza. Order cancelled. Won't use again. Just glad I didn't pay up front by card because that would have been a nightmare getting a refund.
The confirmation email says "click here" for up to date status of your order. It links to a dead page.
Crap website, crap service.
If you do want to use these incompetent clowns, select the "Pay cash on delivery" option. At least when it goes wrong they don't have your money up-front.
UPDATED: These clowns have been on BBC Watchdog - some of the places are people who don't have legitimate registered premises that therefore are inspected by Food Safety inspectors. They run from false addresses listed on the website and basically cook in dirty industrial estates or from premises that have been inspected and rated "Serious improvement required". You could be eating food that is not fit for human consumption, cooked in a place with staff not trained in food hygiene, who are illegal workers paying no UK tax. Probably best to avoid justeat, more like "just a con"!
