Bang on time (frame).
I had to cancel the delivery from a Tuesday to the next of Wednesday. This was easily done from the e-mail sent to me. Early on Wednesday, I was given a time frame to expect delivery. My lights, which all work well, arrived within the first five minutes of the one-hour time slot. They had to signed for and I found the one hour time slot very convenient. Many thanks to Festive Lights. I will be buying from them again. Cannot find fault.

Brilliant product. Shame about the packaging
I bought this product for my daughter as a present. I had to apologise for the box it was in. It looked like it had gone three rounds with Mick Tyson. The product it's self was very gratefully received. It was just what she wanted for the garden. Please pay more attention to your packaging. I had already bought one from another site. That was perfect on arrival,box and all.

Light Years Ahead!
I wanted to replace some outdoor solar fairy lights that I purchased about a year ago from Groupon. I Googled solar fairy lights and saw Festive Lights. I found what I wanted straight away on their website and at a very reasonable price. I placed an order and it arrived about 2 days later. Am very impressed with the service etc and have since placed another order.

Exactly what I was looking for! The LED wreaths make perfect lit headdresses for my planet dancers in "Peter Pan". Yes I know it sounds crazy but you want to see them!

Great service and speedy delivery
I was worried about using a disklok as we had some trouble finding a steering wheel lock that would fit. I used the online service to ask questions. The salesperson was helpful and informative. I ordered the disklok. It arrived with no issues. It fits well to our car which is an x5 m sport model. I just hope it stops anymore attempted thefts on our car.

Fantastic service with information to exact time of delivery. Excellent value for money
Extremely pleases with the delivery of my lights. I was informed that they would arrive within a two hour slot giving me the opportunty to go out and return within the stated time. The lights were excellent value for money, Would be happy to recommend them to a friend. The company phoned me to explain that the lights were not exactly as discribed and would I wish to cancel the order. Very professional

Quick efficient & wasn't waiting in all day for delivery!
I contacted Festive Lights by telephone because I have a weird address & wanted to make certain that notes were put on the delivery to ensure the item was delivered to me. Courteous, friendly and helpful service from start to finish. I was fully informed by email about the progress of the delivery & finally on the day an email was sent to me giving me a time window of one hour for when the item would be delivered. It was delivered within this time saving me the stress of having to be in all day waiting around. I can't fault the service of this Company or the delivery agents. The item, a steering wheel lock was exactly as ordered and also well priced with a free cover! I would certainly recommend this Company.

Great quality products, good value for money and supersonic delivery!
Good choice of products, most of which I couldn't find any cheaper anywhere on the web. Delivery service is awesome: ordered Sunday pm, arrived Tuesday lunchtime with email contact to advise of day and time, and the actual delivery was 5 minutes into my allocated hour slot, so can't ask for better than that!
Had to send an item back and although the process was simple and pre-paid, it took almost a month to receive the refund, which is why this is only a 4* review. Otherwise very impressed.

Bright lights to make you happy and great prices too
I ordered my solar lights from Festive lights, thought no more about it. I received an email saying my lights had been despatched great I wondered how long it would be before I received my order. To my delight I had another email the next day telling me I would get them that day, I couldn't wait to get them. When they arrived I unpacked them and put them out to charge and couldn't wait for it to get dark. They looked fantastic I will definatly buy again from them Great Lights and Great Service. thank you Festive Lights.

As a school we ordered two strings of lights, approx £65.00 each, only half the lights worked on both sets. They are being returned for a full refund.

I placed and purchased the lights I wanted thought no more about it until I received an email saying my items were dispatched and on their way.The next day I received another email telling me what time my lights would be with me.
