Fabulous Service; highly recommended
I bought an electric guitar for my son and as a non-guitar playing mummy, didn't realise that he would want a "big" amp, I also bought the wrong size!!! We contacted Dangleberry who sent the loveliest email with details of how to return and advice on what to buy. As soon as they received the returned guitar they credited our account and sent an email to us to let us know; no suggestion that we needed to order the new items and have a "credit" on our account with them.
I am incredibly impressed with the personal service and absolutely delightful people who work there (so not be put off by the email only enquiries, they get back to you immediately).
Please support this great independent company; they deserve to succeed.

Quick, cheap, brilliant service.

The product was better than expected
I got the guitar strap pretty fast, with no problems. The service was very good as well. The strap was better than expected, the design is very beautiful. It was a gift for my boyfriend, and since I gave it to him he uses it every day. It's been almost 2 months and it's in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this product!!!

One of the best decisions I've ever made!
When I read Dangleberry's own review of the Richwood Acoustic Guitars I thought 'oh Yeah, easy said' - but eventually I took the plunge and bought - now I am completely bowled over by the looks, playability and plain quality of workmanship. Dangleberry are absolutely right - if it said 'Taylor' or 'Gibson' on the headstock it would have cost thousands, but would sound no better!
Make no mistake about it, my cutaway, dreadnaught acoustic with Grover tuners is a very fine instrument indeed. Peter O'Donnell

An hour of fun for everyone
Everyone enjoyed the photoshoot - especially the baby! A lovely relaxed atmosphere made sure that the photos were just great! Lots of unusual shots, and a really professional but personal service - nothing was too much trouble to make sure we got the photos we wanted.

Bought a Tonerider British Distortion pedal off the guys a few weeks ago. Transaction was extremely painless and pedal arrived, well packed etc, within a couple of days. It did exactly what it said on the tin.
I have no reservations in recommending Dangleberry Music from personal experience. I just wished they were my local music shop!!.

Good value reliable service
I've bought a few things from these guys in Yorkshire and not been disappointed. The Richwood 335 Copy is superb, a couple of tiny flaws in the laquer and I really had to look hard for them, but apart from that fantastic value for money. GLX pedals are built like a bick watsit and sound great. Recommend Dangleberry? You betcha.

Great customer service
I've bought a few of the Italian leather guitar straps (which are excellent by the way) and the customer service has always been superb. The orders are always processed very quickly and I'm kept informed of the status every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Friendly, fast and professional
I purchased, unill now, mostly Tonerider pickups from Dangleberry Music. Service was always very fast, prices are very musician friendly and pickups were shipped the same day as payed. Quality of products is great. Also, the letter of confirmation is written in a cool RNR way. Great job, guys!

Fast shipping and great customer service
I ordered a guitar at 3.30pm and it arrived the following morning at 9.15am. I had emailed Dangleberry Music earlier that day with a query and they replied in less than an hour. Customer service how customer service SHOULD be!
