Absolutely fantastic results
My experience with botonics was amazing I got the results I wanted and more! Dr Naruschka was so friendly, wiling and professional. She explained how everything worked and I saw the results of my procedure immediately. I'm forever grateful and will be returning back to botonics.

Naruschka becomes a friend with only the best intentions for her patients
I wanted to wait to write my review as I'm quite a cynic when it comes to this kind of thing, automatically assuming reviews have been written without merit or by staff. With this in mind I write this in complete honesty and I hope it helps at least one person in making their decision.
My treatments with Naruschka have been fantastic. She has never rushed the treatment or me. We talk through every aspect of what we plan to do and her explanations ensure I am confident in my understanding of procedures. Naruschka is gentle and kind; I genuinely feel she cares about each and every patient and speaks about her work with such grounded positivity. She doesn't over promise and her skills are proven in her work.
I initially found Botonics searching for nonsurgical rhinoplasty; I had a rhinoplasty to correct very traumatic break in my nose and septum, but the surgeon was a little heavy handed and I subsequently have asymmetry, scar tissue, raised nostril and saddle, with chipped bridge bone making wearing glasses and sunglasses very painful. I had toyed with another surgery but they felt it required bone from my rib. In searching for an alternative I stumbled over Botonics. After submitting interest and quickly hearing from a very well informed, friendly and polite Bill I had my consultation in which Naruschka outlined the possible outcomes and how she felt she could help, showing me examples, thoroughly examining my nose, going through my entire medical history, and of course discussing my hopes. I could not have felt more at ease and booked to have the treatment. Funnily enough, I wish I had booked a larger session in order to have done the treatment at that initial consultation.
Subsequently I have also had tear-trough treatment and we are discussing some additional subtle refreshes in other areas. My nose is so subtly changed, but to me the changes are enormous. I feel happy to look at people straight on, have my photo taken face on and the difference in my confidence is huge. I'm incredibly happy. As with the tear-trough treatment, I look like a better version of me. I couldn't have hoped for any better. Again there was no rushing. My nose was treated over two sessions, a fortnight apart, to ensure optimum results.
Naruschka has become a friend. I enjoy going to see her, chatting and catching up, all the while knowing I'm going to leave feeling happier and looking my best (maybe not as I leave the clinic, but I am sure you get my meaning). What more can you ask for? You can never ask a silly question, or need too much information. It's a unique way of treating patients in such a saturated and money driven area of aesthetic improvement. Additionally I like the honesty and transparency with Bill and Naruschka. There's never an awkward chat about cost or paying making the transactions pleasant.
Overall I cannot recommend Botonics enough. A great team with pride in making their clients happy. Bill is a fantastic and Naruschka is a wonderful practitioner. Thank you both.

Brilliant and Satisfactory
I have done Tear Through and I am very impressed with the results. My eyes were effected with lack of sleep, stress and dieting all the time. It was swollen, tired and made me look old and uncomfortable. I tried many cream but nothing was effective as Tear Through Treatment. It was worth spending money. I got professional consultation and check up before my treatment. I was satisfy with the consultation and looking at other customer results. The first application of Tear Through could see showed me the results. Naurauska from Botonics took her time to see my eyes and went through the treatment safely and took time to make sure i won't feel uncomfortable. She was very calm, friendly and professional.
I used to hide my eyes with glasses and never put much make up as they used to look awful even with make up. Now, i am surprised that how it has changed my eyes, my skin shines and my eyes looks so much better. I am so happy with the treatment and will do in the future instead of wasting money on eye creams. The best thing about treatment is, it last for 12 to 14 months.

Fantastic service, amazing results!
From start to finish, my experience with Botonics has been great. Bill, my coordinator was very friendly and personable and talked me through the procedure and what I could expect at my free consultation thoroughly. I was extremely impressed with the free consultation process, my specialist, Naruschka made me feel at ease straight away, she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to my partner and myself in great detail and all questions were answered fully. I didn't feel in any way obliged to go ahead with the procedure (nose enhancement), but chose to have it done straight away as I was so confident in the procedure, care and staff. The procedure itself was much less painful than anticipated and I left feeling extremely happy with my whole experience. I have woken up this morning with a new and much improved nose, especially from the side on. I have already been contacted by Bill to make sure that I was happy with my experience and to ensure that I have full after care details. I cannot recommend Naruschka enough, everything was carried out with the minimum of fuss, and although extremely professional I felt more like I was visiting an old friend than undergoing a clinical procedure. In summary, lovely staff, professional and knowledgeable specialists, fantastic results and one very happy client!

Excellence every time!
I have always wanted slightly bigger lips, especially my top lip, as I think most people do! I started to do research online into the procedure, products, results, and finally companies that did lip enhancements. I spent months looking at all the information, and booked several consultations with different clinics, and then cancelled them because I was too scared to go through with it!! I finally found the Botonics website, and there was something different about it. As soon as I enquired, I had a friendly answer phone message from Bill the coordinator seeing if he could help me. We booked a convenient consultation date and he stressed that I was under no obligation to go through with the procedure, equally, if I decided I wanted to go ahead, he booked enough time in for me to do so. I went to the Battersea clinic and met Naruschka, who is their cosmetic practitioner. She was absolutely amazing, she spent a full hour just talking to me about what I wanted, what to expect, pretty much anything and everything! She really put me at ease and made me so comfortable I knew my search was over! I still didn't want to go ahead with it that day, which I could tell was no problem at all, there was no pressure at all like I feared, so I booked in with Bill straight after the appointment, who was as helpful and friendly as ever. On the day of the appointment, I was armed with benedryll and arnica as Naruschka had instructed and went in very nervous. Naruschka instantly put me at ease and didn't rush me at all, on this occasion she used a topical lotion to numb my lips and it was slightly painful still, but not that bad, it only took a few minutes!! Afterwards I was numb and very aware of my lips! I did look a bit strange but that was to be expected!! That evening I was slightly uncomfortable, so took pain killers, by the next night I was rocking a red lip at a party!! They looked amazing, I was soooo happy. It took about a week for all the bruising and swelling to go down completely, although other people can be quicker than this! They looked very natural and I felt very confident, only my close friends and family could tell I'd had them done! I've since has a second appointment, 3 months later to top them up, and once I had the same brilliant experience. This time Naruschka used a dental blocker injection which left me virtually pain free which was brilliant!! I swelled more this time, but now the sweeping has gone, I once again have lovely lips, and will go back in 6-9 months to maintain my pretty pout!! I cannot recommend Botonics enough, I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with their service!!

Botonics is one of a million experience
my experience with Botonics is one of a million experience. now after 3 months from my vaser Lipo treatment in flanks, inner and outer thighs and knees i can wear whatever i wanted to wear with confident. if you were thinking of performing such procedure with a clinic that keeps posted regularly about every single step or improvement about your case it would be absolutely botnonics. special thanks you Dr. Nurin, Bill and all the staff without them i would have never got the courage to do the procedure and be who i always wanted to be.

Friendly, knowledgable and caring group of professionals operate at botonics
I had visited a few surgeons regarding my procedure and finally decided to have my procedure completed at Botonics mainly because of the starightforward approach they apply for booking appointments and quoting fees for procedures, arranging finance, etc.
On the day of the procedure I arrived at the surgery to be greeted by a friendly nurse who went through some paperwork. Dr. Joffily knows what he is doing, and the entire procedure was performed in quite a relaxed environment while the nurses regulalry making sure I was fine.
After the procedure they prepared some nice coffe for me and I walked out to my taxi to head back home. The next day I recieved a call from the manager at Botonics to make sure that everything was fine. I went back to see the doctor after the surgery and we were both happy with the results.

Very happy
After recreational drug use my nose had lost volume and felt 'empty' and it was always on my mind that I wasn't happy with the way it looked. I looked into dermal fillers and choose to come to Botonics. Naruschka was so lovely and so easy to talk to about my concerns which can be quite embarrassing but she made me feel comfortable and at ease. My nose was quite sore and achey for a few days after but now it feels fine and looks great. I'm really happy and it is also subtle so nobody has noticed a dramatic change in my nose but I know it looks and feels better.

Hello there, I was recommended the Botonoks by a girlfriend of mine, because I have always been embarassed about the shape of my nose, especially because during the conversation, the tip of my nose slightly moved, being a little low. I always felt it had to be lifted a little,especially because I act in films and theatre, and often in front of the camera, taking pictures from different angles. I approached the clinic for the recommendation of possible procedures, not involving plastic surgery. I was very impressed by the friendly atmosphere in the clinic.They clearly explained what would be done, and I gladly accepted the treatment. It was fantastic, I will never regret it. The doctors took great care of me after the treatment, it was not painful, and just a few minutes spent in the clinic gave me new confidence in myself. Now I can easily stand in front of the camera without worrying about best angles, and I can easily move around the stage. Very professional and experienced!
I saw specialist Naruschka for my lip augmentation. I have quite thin lips and it makes very difficult to wear lipsticks and when I do it tends to look like a thin line. I was tired of their thinness and had been thinking about doing this for at least a year. I wanted to have a natural-looking lip enlargement - slightly fuller look but was afraid of having large duck lips.
As this was my first cosmetic procedure I was very anxious but the same time excited to get the procedure done. Fortunately Naruschka completely understood what my concerns are and addressed them accordingly. She gained my trust immediately as a very experienced and confident specialist.
The procedure took about 30 minutes and itself hurt quite a lot and my lips were sore and swollen for the first 2 -3 days but I was fully recovered within 4-5 days. I was very happy with the results immediately after the procedure. Now my lips look and feel very natural.
Botonics Plastic Surgery Group undoubtedly earned my trust. As I really felt listened to and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.

It was a great and relaxed treatment
I was a bit concerned about the wrinkles over my eyebrows and on top of the nose. So I looked at getting some Botox done. I searched online and Botonics came up. I'm based in Fulham, London and they were based in Harley St so I knew I could get there pretty easily, especially with their good opening hours. I went for an initial consultation and they recommended some Botox treatment. My specialist Naruschka and coordinator Bill who very friendly and capable. I had it done and was pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this company..

Friendly, professional, caring and a good listener
I had a free consultation on 4 November had botox treatment on 11 November 2012 Botox to bunny lines, crows feet, gummy smile and platysmal neck bands. The procedure less painful than expected with excellent results.
My specialist is Naruschka and coordinator is Bil. They are very friendly, professional, exemplary and knowledgeable and provide personal service too. They do not put me under any pressure into buying the treatment and for this, I am very pleased.
The prices were discussed and agreed and it is transparent from the outset, prices on their website is exactly what they charged and there are no hidden charges
I would definitely recommend Botonics Plastic Surgery anyone who is looking to have things done to enhance what they already have.

The word that comes to mind every time I refer somebody to Botonics is ‘consistency'
It all started with a chat from a friend who I was talking with about getting dermal filler in the top of my nose area, I suppose it hadn’t occurred to me you could have this done but shortly after speaking with her I knew what I wanted. I had always had issues around the nose area and felt that it played a major role in everyday life challenges from going shopping to having a night out, business meetings ect. it’s something which is so small and irrelevant that a lot of people would take it as being vain but when it comes down to it those people have no idea what you feel like inside. After contacting Bill (Botonics) he was amazing just brilliant from the outset he clearly went through every detail and made it very simple for me to understand, I had my first appointment with Naruschka (Botonics) and I was very nervous this was the start of something life changing for me, Naruschka (Botonics) is one of these people you feel automatically comfortable with, very charming put me at ease and all my concerns and really worked hard on making me look and feel like I’ve always wanted to.
There was no pain from the injection going in very easy flowing and fast, once Naruschka (Botonics) had finished I looked in the mirror and started really getting emotional after all these years the problem was fixed and I feel almost instant relief.
The bruising is minimal and the pain is far to none, an hour treatment and you’re done! I have been to see Naruschka (Botonics) 3 times now and keep coming back for the same boost of confidence; I have been in talks with her about dermal fillers for my cheeks and Botox around the forehead area, which I’m very keen to explore.
I don’t like to speak about money but the rates for the customer service you receive is exceptional, the payment plan is a really good way of maintaining your look and being able to afford it!

I look ten years younger!
Botonics is amazing! I look ten years younger and without having any surgery. I had a chemical peel on my face, the results are awesome, it's mad to think that I will get younger looking each year after an annual Skin Peel. After the initial application my face was a little red but Ok and the top layer of my skin came off naturally over a week, like a clear face pack.
I also had my lips done and it's the first time I have nice lips in my life, I can wear bright red lipstick without the lipstick "bleeding".

Practically perfect in every way!
I recently had a tear trough treatment at Botonics and could not have been happier with the entire process. From the first consultation to the post-treatment aftercare, Botonics have provided a stellar service throughout. Bill, the coordinator was always swift to respond to any questions I had however big or small and made me feel I was in safe hands. Talking to him was like talking to a friend and that's something I really valued.
Deep under eye circles have been a problem for me as far back as I can remember. I joke that I was born tired, but that's how long I've had a problem with my eyes and so when my mum found out that something could be done about them I jumped at the chance. We both researched many clinics and went for several consultations and different places but in the end chose Botonics not only because of their reasonable price but more importantly because of how pleasant Bill and Naruschka were when we met them.
Although it is a very delicate procedure, Naruschka helped me feel relaxed and totally at ease - she could have been giving me a manicure, that was how easy the whole procedure felt! Naruschka was very patient and friendly, talking me through each step and checking I was alright, there wasn't even a second where I felt I was "just another client". What's more, upon completing the treatment I was pleasantly surprised when a couple of days later Naruschka and Bill called and asked me to come back because they weren't completely satisfied with how the treatment had gone. My left tear trough needed a little more work than my right and I was really impressed that they would call me back in to make sure everything was perfect.
It is wonderful to wake up and actually look rested, and even look great after a late night! My only regret is that I did not know about the tear trough treatment years ago. I'm over the moon with the results, could not be happier!!
I would absolutely recommend Botonics to anyone and I myself will definitely be back for further treatments.

Brilliant
I am glad that i did the treatment. I had Tear Through which is eye treatment. I was never happy with my eyes dark circles, hallow, and veins around my eyes which makes me look tired and old at young age. I felt insecure and always wearing glassess to hide my eyes. I used to avoid make around my eyes too and sometime will not go out due to eyes.
After the treatment, my eyes looks much better, bright and not swollen or tired. I don't even have to put a lot of concealor to hide any dark circles and tiredness. It has changed my eyes and texture around my eyes. I am much confident and hardly wear glassess now. I wake up in the morning and just a tiny make around my eyes makes it look now perfect.
I am model and actress and it is very important for me to have better eyes which doesn't look tired. eyes matters and it is main feature of face. I look much better and does'nt look old. I am more confident in front of camera and the best thing is i don't have put enough concealor to hide any thing anymore.
I will suggest anyone this treatment if you suffer from you tired eyes and swollen eyes. This treatment will make a lot of difference. I have tried many creams and spent money on expensive creams but nothing has shown my the difference like this.
The treatment was not painful and Naurauska was very good with me during treatment and i didn't feel any pain at all. She explained everything to me about the treatment. I will ofcourse will stick to this treatment and Botonics which has boost my confidence.

I had outstanding results with Botonics and would recommend it to everyone.
I try and keep young, active and healthy, but at 47 I noticed facial expression began to show and I really wanted to find a way to refresh my face, especially my eyes. I have used all the creams that are available and nothing worked, so I decided to contact Botonics after checking other sites out. Botonics came up on top with all the research I had done, (which was a lot.). I really hated the way my eyes looked with my crows feet, my black under eyes, so I decided to book a free consultation. I could not believe how warm and friendly my first visit was with Naruschka and Bill. I have received a very thorough, honest and knowledgeable advice from them both. They answered all my questions I had going around In my Head, I so much wanted my black bags to go away along with my crows feet. I decided to have Dermal fillers for my crows feet, Botox for my forehead and between my eyebrows and my eyebrow lift, Tear trough for under my eyes, and Cheek enhancements. The price is what you see with No hidden extras. Then I Kept thinking to myself, If they can do all this I would be so grateful and look wonderful. I could not believe they could do so much to enhance the way I would Look. I decided there and then I wanted all the treatment done because they were so Positive with what I would look like afterwards. They also never tried to sell me more than I actually needed. Naruschka performed the treatment, and I must say, I never felt any pain whatsoever which I could not believe, Naruschka was very thorough and didn't cut any corners, very professional personal service. She was informing me on everything she was doing while keeping me in good spirit. the results were outstanding. It took a couple of days for the slight swelling to go down which Naruschka had told me about, only had one little bruise under my left eye. The treatment took years off me and I'm so pleased with the results which they said they could deliver and they did. Follow up treatment was just as good, Bill had phoned me a couple of days after my treatment to see how I was looking and feeling. Within a week I had received three phone calls from Bill and Naruschka. After care treatment was excellent. Would recommend Botonics to everyone.

Excellent service, personal approach, great communication.
I keep young, active and healthy, but at 40 the sleepless nights (I have young children) and using a lot of facial expression began to show and I really wanted to find a way to refresh my face and get rid of baggy eyes, hollow cheeks and very prominent nose-mouth lines. I've heard of Botonics from a friend, who uses their service regularly, and I went for a consultation. I have received a very thorough, honest and no nonsense advice. They answered all my questions about my type of skin, available treatments, their effect, how long would they last, the products they are using, the product safety record, etc. They also never tried to sell me more than I actually needed. I have decided to go for the "fillers", the lady who performed the treatment is a trained and experienced health professional, she was very thorough and didn't cut any corners. The treatment wasn't very pleasant (sorry!), but bearable and I could see the results immediately! It took a couple of days for the tenderness to subside, but it was all well worth it, as I look just like I did 10-15 years ago! It won't change your face, it just takes off years of worry! And the service, after treatment client care and communication are next to none. I would recommend Botonics to everyone!

Naruschka is an excellent practitioner.
Naruschka has a very good understanding of how the face works and where needs attention. She is very helpful in explaining the way the face changes and what works best for an overall result. I would recommend her to anyone after having tried a few others who ranged from good to rather awful! I also find Bill a very easy person to book everything through and diligent in following up and making sure everything goes smoothly.

Botonics Vaser lipo, It Does what it claims it Does.
After 15 years of trying to get into shape, one that would give me a peace of mind, i am actually living it today. I had my inner and outer thigh regions done. Without having to constantly change my physical shape by workouts and living in a gym, something i did most of my youth. i am now able to keep the body shape that i feel at one with at all times.
Since being with the Surgery Group i have had been able to grow in confidence, at first i thought it would not work on me, I'm glad to have been proven wrong. The folks are great and i was lucky to have a top surgeon (Dr Nurein and his helpful and skilled assistants) to have met my expectations and beyond.Today, i feel like a new person always rather than just when i worked out at the gym and changed my physical appearance. The only thing is, that once the dream becomes reality you want more!. Totally recommend it for those that have tried everything.

Exactly two weeks after the vaser lipo procedure with Botonics, I am wearing my pants with confidant! I am so satisfied.
Dr Nurein, never missed a phone call and always returned my concerns and questions, Bill, never missed an email and he always double checked with me if everything is going as expected, Aiste , the friendliest nurse welcomed me back when I made my first visit after the procedure with Dr Nurein.
The massage therapy with Helen Fox was amazing; I noticed the improvements day after day. One day while I was doing the massage, she told me I think you should get smaller garments (I was given Medium), I was so happy that within the first two weeks my size was changed from Medium to Small! The amount I paid started to show in my body such a great investment. It is the first time I do something ONLY for myself and really it was worth it.
I was told that I should see the end result in 6-8 weeks, cant wait to see it!! Today I am supposed to go to the gym as I was advised not to go for 2 weeks until everything is back to normal, i am really excited.
I will keep you posted with further improvements. My advice, never lose chance doing something for yourself especially with botonics.

Amazing experince from day 1 !!!

Day-1-my vaser lipo( inner thigh, outer thigh,knees and flanks) at Botonics.
Well, I will start with the free consultation I had with DR.Nurein. I asked like hundreds of questions and all were answered with kindness and respect. Not only that, although I have been asked not to make a decision at the time of consultation I was ready to sign an agreement and do the procedure immediately. I never done operations before and I was extra scared. But DR.Nurein told me everything I would expect during and after procedure he is so professional and knows exactly what he is doing.
Bill , my coordinator, the most amazing person in the world made everything easier, he treated me as if he knows me long time ago I felt I'm among family and seriously in safe hands. The care i saw gives an impression as if im a VIP.No matter how many times I changed the number of areas I want it to be done he was always flexible with it. Believe it or not Bill was the first who I called while setting in starbux after I had my procedure of four big areas!
Dr. Nurein I caused him so much headache , I have blood phobia you can imagine how many times I stopped him to take a break! Although i caused him delay and stress He kept on apologizing for me!!! He asked me to call anytime if I need any help.
The nurse, Aiste, was an angel on earth, she kept on holding my hands to make sure I'm fine!! All the time for over 3 hours, she cleaned me, dressed me up and gave coca cola to relax!!! I was treated as if I'm in 5 stars hotel.
I will keep you all posted about my case once I finish my 6 massage sessions(inclusive of total price)

It is one of a life experience and I would highly recommend it to everyone who want to go for vaser lipo. I seriously don't mind to go for same procedure again if I had other areas that need to be done.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Botonics to anyone. It's a great experience from your first phone call to the actual appointment. Naruschka puts you at ease and is happy to talk through any doubts / questions you may have. I trusted her instantly, which is important when someone is injecting close to your eye! The results of the Botox were exactly what I was hoping for. It got rid of the movement in my forehead and reduced the wrinkles a lot, but it was subtle enough that people didn't notice I'd had it done. Perfect! Also, for anyone worried about the pain, I found it to be pretty much painless.

Have been battling with this uncomfortable and inconvenient issue for quite some time.
Booking the appointment:
Found botonics via the web, website was informational and looked professional and accessible.
Called the number on website and was greeted by a very friendly and professional botonics representative.
I explained the reason for my call, rep was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and scheduled an appointment with Naruschka for me at a time that was convenient for me. Received confirmation email immediately, as promised.
Clinic and treatment:
Central location, easy to get to
Botonics shares a building with other practices on Harley Street, so the reception is shared.
Welcome at reception was pleasant with only a short wait. Access to treatment room is via a lift or stairs to the top floor of the building.
Welcome by Naruschka was very professional, yet friendly, relaxed and personable.
Naruschka covered off all the aspects of an initial visit (treatment need assessment, medical details, any questions I had) and explained the procedure well. At no point did I feel rushed and our conversation led naturally to the beginning of the treatment.
Treatment
Naruschka builds rapport quickly, is happy to answer any questions and makes you feel at ease during the treatment.
She carries out the procedure skilfully and at a pace that is neither rushed nor slow but just at the right speed. Whilst concentrating on her work, Naruschka is happy to chat and is a great conversation partner. This, again, contributes to an overall relaxed and positive experience of a potentially uncomfortable procedure.
The treatment was a complete success, underarm sweating is reduced dramatically to virtually zero, even in high-pressure or stressful situations, that usually triggers the condition.
The effects of the treatment are temporary (which is the nature of the treatment) and I have now booked my next appointment with Naruschka.
I can confidently and wholeheartedly recommend seeing Naruschka at Botonics and would do so to any of my friends.

Very natural result,will not see anyone else in the future!
I stumbled across Botonics originally through Groupon,where i purchased a voucher for a derma filler treatment.
I was quite apprehensive as I work as a Model and I my work depends on my face.
Narushka laid my fears and doubts at rest very quickly,understanding the results i wanted and reassuring me by answering patiently all the thousand questions i bombarded her with.
I had the lines between nose and mouth done,and she did such excellent job,it lasted more than a year until i saw her again to have it done again!
She also injected a small amount of derma filler into my top lip,as it has become slightly thinner with age.The result is brilliant,very subtle but i feel like my lips are back to how they supposed to look!
I am thrilled and will be back for more in the future!Highly recommend.

Truly amazing life enhancing experience!
My friend researched all she could on Dr Joffily so when I went to the consultant appointment, I knew she had chosen well. Not only is Dr Joffily extremely professional but also caring and has an obvious passion to his work.
I booked my Vaser Lipo procedure for the following week and I've never looked back. Amazing results!! In total since, with sensible eating, no carbs...I've lost 9kgs but most importantly I can see and am so proud of my new found curves. Elated, truly elated.
For the first 10 days, restricted in the specially made body suit but very quickly it became my new best friend.
Pre and post procedure, I have to say, I was also made to feel at complete ease with Bill, on the phone. Any questions, however big or small, nothing seemed to much of a problem....always with his calming, caring voice always put me at ease, Thankyou once again Bill.
I had never in my life spent so much for myself but I can say, with my hand on my heart, It was soooo worth it! I feel at least 10 years younger and the new found confidence and bounce in my everyday life as a mum to two, is incredible.
We all deserve to treat ourselves and I would and have highly recommend it to anyone.
I truly wake up and go to sleep smiling......

Professional and straight-forward
I underwent Vaser liposuction via botonics in November 2011. The people that I dealt with were professional, providing an initial consultation and a variety of options, fully priced. I never felt under pressure to take their quotes and always felt that I was in the hands of people that knew both what they were doing and how intimidating it could be.
My only reservation is that I was not fully prepared for what I would be like post-surgery... however that was due to me not questioning further on the information that I had been given. Had I questioned further what was meant by a few of the terms used, I have no doubt at all that I would have been told (and it wasn't enough to have put me off if I had known what was involved with the "drains" that were installed - it would have just come as less of a shock).
8 Months on and I couldn't be very much happier with the results.

Fabulous!
Naruschka is brilliant! I had dermal fillers in my nose after drug abuse, I had 2 sessions with Naruschka and she has completely resolved my problem. The procedure did not hurt at all and healed within 2 days.
I would definately use botonics again.

Vaser with botonics: I couldn't be happier
I had my Vaser surgery with botonics Plastic Surgery Group 2 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. The service was second to none from the initial consultation, with an actual surgeon, through to the day of the surgery and subsequent after-care. Every call/query to botonics is answered by the ever calming and informative Bill and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision which was a real breath of fresh air.
My surgeon, Dr Grant Hamlet, is fantastic, a complete perfectionist and amazingly knowledgeable. From the moment he drew on my legs during my initial consultation I knew I was in good hands and that I'd found the surgeon for me. At no point did I have any second thoughts about going ahead or qualms over my choice of surgeon.
Having elected for a general anaesthetic the procedure itself was painless and when I woke up I was in a safe hospital environment surrounded by a lovely bunch of recovery staff checking I was ok and that I knew who I was. I won't pretend I wasn't slightly uncomfortable after the procedure but I was prescribed meds to keep any pain or discomfort to a minimum.
As part of the package I have been having after-care massage sessions with the lovely Raddy Dimitrova. Raddy immediately made me feel at ease from the moment I met her which is great as you're really not feeling your best when you first see her. She explains everything she's doing and I've been enjoying the sessions so much I've booked a few more to ensure my good progress continues!
So 2 weeks on I'm still a little swollen but the majority of the bruising is gone. I don't feel any discomfort and, most importantly, I can already see the difference. I'm so happy with my new shape and I cannot recommend botanics, Dr Hamlet or Raddy enough.
Friends and family have asked if I would do it again if I could turn back clock and yes I would...absolutely!!

Fantastic lip enhancement, wish I did it sooner!
Having seen Naruschka multiple times for Botox I was emailed some suggested treatments she thought I would benefit from. Naruschka had suggested I considered a lip enhancement on my upper lip. Although I did not have especially thin lips I did, like most people, have a larger bottom lip. Naruschka suggested that by balancing my top lip with my bottom it would make a great improvement on the overall aesthetic of my face. Having dealt with Naruschka for a while now, for Botox and a cheek enhancement, I have always found her someone very honest. I have never felt pressured into my procedures and that any suggestions she has made to me are genuinely for my benefit. I have always found the work she has done on me has been to an excellent standard, always personal and exceptional value for money. Due to all the above I decided to go through with the lip enhancement.
Being someone who is not a fan of needles (like most!) I was a slightly nervous about discomfort before the procedure however Naruschka talked me through everything which I felt left me feeling extremely at ease. She then applied a numbing cream to minimise any discomfort. Once the area was numb she began injecting a filler into my top lip. Over all the procedure was far less painful than I had original expected and was over reasonably quickly, around 30mins. After the procedure I had minimal swelling which I would say was totally gone after 2 days. The day after the procedure I did give Bill at Botonics a call to ask a few more question about healing mainly due to curiosity and as always he was there ready to answer any questions and help me with any problems. The difference this small procedure has made to the overall look of my face is incredible. Because the enhancement was subtle enough to not look 'done' but substantial enough to make enough difference i have friends and family saying how good I look but not being able to put a finger on what is different which I have to merit Naruschka for! I would highly recommend a consultation with Naruschka to see what she can do for you and I would highly recommend Botonics as a company for fantastic value for money and excellent results.

Professional and service minded
So far I have had two treatments done by Naruschka Henriques and am very happy with the results. I had fillers injected to the cheekbones and to the root of my nose to make it straighter. Naruschka was very professional and friendly and i would recommend her to anyone.
My cheekbones look defined now but still natural. I will probably book an appointment again with Naruschka again next time I am in London.

very accompolished and professional
I had my ears pinned back under local anaesthetic.I must admit I was a bit nervous before surgery but on the day of surgery the friendliness and professionalism of the surgeon and his assistant was brilliant.I felt no pain during or after surgery, I took 2 paracetamols when the anaesthetic wore off and 2 the following day as a precaution.The worst part was my itching scalp when I had the bandage on my head but it was well worth it.I should have done it years ago but could not afford to.I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Joffily and the staff at the clinic.

Vaser with Botonics: Incredible Service - Amazing Results
I had a Vaser Lipo on 3 areas a week ago. After consulting different centres I went for Botonics. The person in charge (Bill) seemed extremely friendly and personable, and instead of having to go and talk to a middle man, I got a free consultation with the actual surgeon (Dr. Nurein). The consultation was very straight to the point, it convinced me and saved me an extra visit - difficult to fit in my agenda. Bill, the person 'on the other end of the line', is amazingly efficient and friendly, at all times transparent. He offered a fully inclusive pricing, including 2 compression garments, antibiotics and 5 sessions of extra-care.
The procedure itself was less painful than expected. I was even entertained at times looking at the team work and my fat leave my belly! Dr. Nurein proved to be highly professional and a perfectionist in what he does - which is what you should be looking for in this type of procedure. I am happier than I thought I would be as he went the extra mile :-) !
I am now recovering fast, yes I do have a few bruises but had very little swelling - most probably thanks to Dr. Nurein but also to the included 5 sessions of lymphatic massage provided but yet another excellent professional, Fabia Santos!
All in all, I couldn't be happier. This procedure is in general expensive, but Botonics has provided me with an exceptionally good value for money, I am amazed at the results. So, I can only praise them and recommended them wholeheartedly!!

Excellence!
I decided that I wanted to have Vaser Lipo on my outer thighs, so searched the internet. There were so many companies and it was hard to know from a website which one would fulfill my needs. Botonics was one of the websites that came up from my search and there was a 'Contact us' box, so I did. Within a day Bill, who is truly wonderful and one of the most professional dedicated people I have experienced called me back. We played phone tag for a day or so, but he always called me back. Once we spoke I soon realised how knowledgeable he was. I wanted to be make an appointment to see a Surgeon, and Bill made that happen within two days. The consultation was free, in Central London and I was able to get an evening appointment - perfect!. I met Mr Joffily, who is a highly qualified skilled surgeon. I knew straight away that i wanted him to do the Vaser Lipo. One the day of my procedure i was very relaxed and excited and I was basing that on my experience so far. I was not disappointed when i met Mr Joffily again. He is very professional and he gave me such confidence. I had a local anesthetic, which was less painful than expected, in fact the whole procedure was less painful than expected. All the way through the procedure My Joffily checked to make sure I was Ok and the nurse working with his was amazingly kind. The next day Bill called and asked how I was, I have never experienced such 5* treatment. I only had the procedure done four days ago and already I'm walking properly and can see a difference, what an amazing job Mr Joffily has done. If you are planning to have any Vaser Lipo then I would call Bill and book in with Mr Joffily.

I have very happy with Botonics
I have been usuing botonics for the last 3yrs or so with a break from having a baby. I have had botox and fillers on my lips and i have been really happy with the results. I especially like seeing my consultant Naruschka Henriques who always listens to where you feel the help is needed. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
